Well, I had to visit the hospital for a short stay. I sprung a leak in my intestines and lost some blood.
I did lose some weight (about 2 lbs). But that doesn't count toward the weight loss program. I will weigh myself next Sunday morning (10th) and see how much weight I have lost. At this time I weigh 306. Loss of 2 pounds.
Home now recovering and gaining back my strength.
