Hey this is it! Time to get the weight off.
I will weigh myself in the morning and post my actual weight.
I must have gained and lost over 500 pounds over years, dieting and gaining it all back. The trouble with losing weight and then gaining it back is the pounds are always happy to come back and they merrily bring friends with them.
I love to cook and needless to say I love to eat what I cook. You know the old saying "never trust a skinny cook" Well I am completely trustworthy. LOL.
I will weigh myself once a week and post what my weight is so we can track my loss. (hopefully).
I am going to use a weight loss program which I will not reveal until I see if it actually works. Then I can feel good about sharing it with you. Otherwise I will just drop it and try something else. I can be a test person form all of us.
We can achieve anything that we set our minds to if we really try and believe in ourselves.
If I do good - please feel free to encourage me to do better. The more that we support each other the more we can accomplish together. I would love to hear from everyone out there that is or has fought the weight battle.
